We need to get your bifocal or varifocal lenses right, this is how it works *
When you order bifoclas or varifocals we send the frames out to you before making your prescription lenses. You will use the frames to take some important measurments. Next, you'll send back your frames free of charge so that we can produce your perfect prescription lenses. Painting Process

A 5 step, fully automated painting line professionally paints our all doors ensuring consistency in the finish and long life.

Step 1

Steel doors are A40 hot-dipped in galvannealed steel (300% more coating thickness than 40Z full electrolytic zinc coated steel) to resist rust inside and out.

Step 2

A 2-part urethane, catalyst-hardened base coat (prime paint) is applied by a robotic reciprocating paint system.

Step 3

Base coat is oven-cured for lasting durability.

Step 4

The door is then coated with a 2-part urethane, catalyst-hardened finish coat of paint.

Step 5

The door is oven-cured a second time, creating a long-lasting, durable finish.
